Sunday Special Coffee Cake

1 / 2 C + 3 / 4 cup sugar
C. flour 1 / 4 c Plus 1 1 / 2
C butter 1 / 4 cup plus 1 / 3 melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1 / 2 cup baking soda
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 pc egg
1 / 2 c skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix 1 / 2 cup sugar, 1 / 4 c flour, 1 / 4 c butter and cinnamon.
Mix gently with a fork until crumbly. Set aside lining.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, grease 8 "square pan.

Sift 1 1 / 2 c flour, yeast and salt.

In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with a rotary clubs to fDorothy.
Beat in 3 / 4 sugar and 1 / 3 c melted butter and mix well.
Add milk and vanilla.

With a wooden spoon, stir the flour and mix well;
Pour into prepared pan.

Sprinkle evenly over batter flies.

Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes
comes out clean.

Cool in the pan or in part, on a rack. Cut into squares while
is still hot.
